Throughout my life I have always loved being active and pushing myself to become physically better. I've spent my life spreading knowledge on how to be physically fit whether it be in the gym or at my Taekwondo school. I want everyone to be as physically capable because it's not just about being able to lift heavy things or kick really high. being physically active to me has always been about having fun, climbing trees, playing games and being able to move and live life once your body starts failing. Cystic Fibrosis is a relatively unheard of condition, I personally didn't hear about it until Mr. Brewster at my high school and I definitely didn't know what CF was or how it affected people until I meet someone and they explained it to me. Once I was exposed to CF I knew I wanted to make a difference and Mr. Brewster was the perfect way to do it. Help me reach my goal of five thousand to help people breathe easy and live their dream lives!
