Pittsburgh's 50 Finest Alumni

In honor of the 25th Anniversary of Pittsburgh’s 50 Finest, the CF Foundation Western PA Chapter invites Finest Alumni to join us and help continue to blaze a trail forward for people living with cystic fibrosis and their families. During your time as a Finest Honoree, you learned first-hand the daily challenges of people living with CF, and your efforts resulted in life-changing advancements. Now more than ever, we’re counting on your support to help us achieve our ultimate mission to make CF stand for Cure Found. Please consider helping again in one of the following ways: 1. Make a Donation! Click the DONATE button on this page to make a secure online donation. Any amount is greatly appreciated and fully tax-deductible. Donors of $500 or more will be invited to attend a special Finest Alumni Reception prior to this year's Pittsburgh's 50 Finest Finale Celebration Gala this fall. In addition, your name will be listed on screen during the event, in the Gala program book, and recognized verbally by our emcee. 2. Become an Event Sponsor! Click the BUY TICKETS button on this page to select from one of the available sponsorship opportunities. Benefits of sponsorship vary, but all sponsors will be highlighted during the Pittsburgh's 50 Finest Finale Celebration Gala this fall. 3. Team Up to Fundraise! Ask up to 5 of your favorite CFF BFFs to join you and work together to raise a minimum of $500 each. It'll be much easier this time around, but just as fun! Alumni teams who meet their fundraising goal will be invited to attend a special Finest Alumni Reception prior to this year's Pittsburgh's 50 Finest Finale Celebration Gala this fall. In addition, your name will be listed on screen during the event, in the Gala program book, and recognized verbally by our emcee. During times of uncertainty, your dedicated support gives us confidence as we stay on course to achieve our mission. Sixty years ago, children with CF usually did not live long enough to attend elementary school. Today, because of Foundation-supported research and care, the median survival age of people with CF is about 40. This is remarkable progress, but not good enough. We continue to lose precious lives to CF every day. To learn more about CF and the CF Foundation, visit cff.org. Together, we can make a difference in the lives of those with cystic fibrosis. Thank you for supporting the mission of the CF Foundation!
