The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation of Western Pennsylvania honors and recognizes “50 Finest” outstanding young professionals in the community, forming a fundraising class each year for the Foundation. In accepting this distinction, I have set the goal of raising at least $10,000 to help the Foundation realize its mission of controlling and curing cystic fibrosis (CF). Of note, the Foundation has been recognized for its efficient and effective use of donation funds and has made huge strides to date! HELP US MAKE CF STAND FOR “CURE FOUND”!
Please help me meet my fundraising goal by making a donation using the easy and secure DONATE button on this page. Your generous gift will be used to help support vital CF research, medical and education programs. Any amount you can donate will be greatly appreciated!
MORE ABOUT CF:
Cystic fibrosis is a devastating genetic disease that affects the lungs and digestive system. More than ten million Americans are symptomless carriers of the defective CF gene. Advances continue to be made in finding a cure, but your help is needed now - more than ever in a global pandemic that uniquely impacts this vulnerable population -- and to keep up the momentum of this life-saving research. Sixty years ago, children with CF usually did not live long enough to attend elementary school. Today, because of Foundation-supported research and care, the median survival age of people with CF is about 40. This is remarkable progress, but not good enough. We continue to lose precious lives to CF every day. To learn more about CF and the CF Foundation, visit cff.org. Together, we can make a difference in the lives of those with cystic fibrosis. Thank you for supporting the mission of the CF Foundation!
MORE ABOUT JESSICA:
Jessica Kaylor PA-C is a Board Certified medical, cosmetic, and functional dermatology provider with over 10 years of experience working with patients for all types of skin concerns. In 2018, Jessica received the American Health Council’s Best in Medicine Award of Excellence, being the only dermatology provider recognized in the State of New Jersey. After 7 years of practice learning to perfect her craft in the New York City Metro area with the leading dermatology group on the East Coast, Jessica returned home to Pittsburgh in 2019, where she now resides full-time.
Due to her own personal health journey with autoimmune disease and gut health issues as well as a family member’s illness with Lyme disease and toxic mold illness, Functional Medicine found Jessica and she now integrates this education and experience into her approach to patient care. Jessica understands that many skin issues are not simply at the surface level, but may indicate something deeper about the patient’s overall health and wellbeing and she seeks to address the root causes of every skin problem, working with her patients as a team. As an expert injector, Jessica also specializes in cosmetic injections and procedures. With an integrative approach to all of her work, she aims to achieve natural-looking results that are never over-done yet are still noticeably improved, revitalized, and refreshed.
Jessica is still available to patients in the New York Metro Area on a quarterly basis and plans to add a location in Beverly Hills in 2021.
