Christine Gay
Hello, I am Christine Millner Gay, a highly respected and sought-after business leader with extensive experience in program management, quality management, and strategy, and I have been selected as this year's recipient of the prestigious Breath of Life award at the upcoming Finest Gala, which supports the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. I am deeply committed to advancing the mission of the Foundation, which is to cure cystic fibrosis and provide all people with the disease the opportunity to lead full, productive lives.
I became involved with the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation in 2015 through the Boardwalk program with the Junior League of Little Rock, and since then, I has been an active and dedicated member of the organization. From 2015 to 2019, I served on the Taste of the Finest committee, showcasing my leadership and commitment. In recognition of my achievements, I was appointed as the Board Chair of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation's Arkansas-West Tennessee chapter from 2020 to 2022, where I led the chapter through the unprecedented challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic.
As the Board Chair, I made significant contributions to the Foundation, including opening doors to new sponsorship opportunities, bringing my network of supporters into the organization, and using my leadership expertise to strengthen the board. A skilled communicator, collaborator, and team leader, I have a proven track record of driving results and delivering high-quality outcomes.
My tireless dedication and unwavering commitment to the mission of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation have earned the prestigious "Breath of Life Award" at this year's Finest Gala, which will take place on Saturday, September 23, 2023. This award recognizes me as a leader within the CF Leadership Board and honors my selfless service, and outstanding contributions to advancing the cause of cystic fibrosis research and care.
I invite you to join us in supporting the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation by considering a 100% tax-deductible donation or sponsoring the Finest Gala. The Foundation has made significant progress in improving the lives of those with cystic fibrosis by championing high-quality, specialized care and therapeutic progress. Despite this progress, many people with CF do not benefit from existing therapies, and many children and adults with CF still face the sobering prospect of a shortened lifespan.
Your support will help us continue to make progress in the fight against cystic fibrosis and bring us one step closer to our dream of one day finding a cure. Together, let’s make CF stand for Cure Found.
