Come kick off the holiday season at a fun holiday party with special guests... Santa and Mrs. Claus!  Come have your photo professionally taken with the jolly couple.  We will have food, drinks and holiday crafts for the kids! You wont want to miss this opportunity to finally have your holiday card photo ready on time!

Tickets for this event are free!  We will be collecting donations for photos with the Clauses which can be made on this site or in person at the event!  Thank you so much for your help in granting our holiday wish for a Cure!

*This event is part of my fundraising efforts  for the CF Foundations Chicago's Magnificent challenge.  My "competitors" and I have until November 15th to raise as much money as we can for the Foundation.  The winner of our challenge will be announced that night at a gala at Adler Planetarium.  I would like to win, but more than that I would like to see a cure for my 3 year old, Elizabeth.  She is one of the lucky ones to be receiving ground breaking treatment thanks to generous people like you.  Her growth is normal and she has not been hospitalized since just before her 1st birthday.  To maintain this "healthy" state each day she takes about 20 pills, 4 nebulized medicines and does 1 hour of physical therapy.  Asking you to help us find a cure may sound like a lofty goal that any parent of a sick child would hope for.  If you look into the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation you will find there is real reason for us to have real hope!  Life expectancy for CF patients was single digit when the foundation was founded in the 1955.  It has continued to climb and was 37 when Elizabeth was born.  Today it is 47!  Better yet the quality of life for those with CF has made huge jumps.  They go to school, have jobs, some have families!  I want Elizabeth to live, but I really want her to live well.  Thanks to you she has every chance to make that dream a reality!
