This foundation is near and dear to my heart as my niece, Addie Robinson, was diagnosed with CF on December 21, 2018 at 3 months old. CF is a progressive genetic disease that affects the lungs, pancreas, and other organs. While there is not yet a cure for CF, advances in treatment are helping people live longer, healthier lives. Living with CF means that Addie has to undertake an extensive daily regimen to ensure her body functions as smoothly as possible. What truly sets Addie apart is her incredible spirit - she is our fiery, positive, and incredibly strong young girl. Addie's story is not just about battling CF; it's about thriving in the face of adversity.
