I am being honored by the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation as a member of the 2026 class of Pittsburghs 50 Finest for being an outstanding professional in my community. In accepting this distinction, I have committed to raise money to help the Foundation realize its mission of curing cystic fibrosis (CF) and providing all people with CF the opportunity to lead long, fulfilling lives.

My main driving force has always been my best friend Rachel. 

Rachel is more than my best friend — she is family to me. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of standing beside her through so many important moments in life, including being there to celebrate her wedding day. Moments like that are incredibly special, and they are also a reminder of why supporting the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation means so much to me.

Living with cystic fibrosis comes with challenges that most people never see, yet Rachel has faced them with incredible strength, positivity, and determination. Her friendship has shown me not only the realities of this disease, but also the importance of hope, research, and continued progress toward a cure.

Supporting Pittsburgh’s 50 Finest is my way of helping ensure that more people living with CF get the opportunity to experience life’s biggest moments — weddings, milestones, family, and futures that once seemed impossible. I am honored to support this mission for Rachel and for everyone fighting cystic fibrosis every day.
