Welcome to Ali Dalton's Page
Ali Dalton
I was selected as one of Pittsburgh's Fifty Finest by the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, and in accepting that honor, I committed to raising $10,000 to help find a cure for this disease.
Cystic fibrosis affects nearly 40,000 people in the United States. It's a progressive, genetic disease that attacks the lungs, pancreas, and other organs. Sixty years ago, most kids with CF didn't live long enough to start school. Today, thanks to Foundation-funded research, the median survival age is over 50. The Foundation has helped develop more than a dozen CF treatments and added decades of life for people with the disease. That progress is real and hard-won, but the job isn't done. Many people with CF still don't benefit from the treatments that exist, and the goal is a cure for everyone.
I believe we can get there, and I believe it can happen in our lifetime. That's why this matters to me, and that's why I'm asking for your support.
Any gift helps. Thank you for being part of this.
