In February, I will be honored at a special event recognizing Nashville’s top 30 young professionals and philanthropists. In accepting this distinction, I have committed to raise money to help the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation realize its mission of controlling and curing cystic fibrosis (CF). As an honoree, I hope to gain a voice for those in need by raising awareness of CF. Please join me.

-- Cystic fibrosis is a devastating genetic disease that affects the lungs and digestive system.
-- More than ten million Americans are symptomless carriers of the defective CF gene.
-- Sixty years ago, children with CF usually did not live long enough to attend elementary school. Today, because of Foundation-supported research and care, the median survival age of people with CF is about 40.
-- Despite this progress, we continue to lose precious lives to CF every day.
-- To learn more about CF and the CF Foundation, visit cff.org. Together, we can make a difference in the lives of those with cystic fibrosis.

I am a litigation attorney at Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP in Nashville, TN. I attended the University of Georgia (Go Dawgs!) and Vanderbilt Law School. Outside of work, I make it a priority to give back to my community by serving on the Nashville Bar Association's Young Lawyers Division Board of Directors and the Associate Board of Junior Achievement of Middle Tennessee. In my spare time, I enjoy scuba diving and spending time with my sweet dog, Milli.

Please help me meet my fundraising goal by making a donation. Your generous gift will be used to help support vital CF research, medical, and education programs.
