Ohio Township Community Park, near the Green Nature Center Building-- free parking
Details:
1 hour All-Level Yoga Class
BYOM- Bring your own yoga mat- Or let me know if you need one!
Suggested donation: $25- 30, but no donation is too small!

Cystic fibrosis is a devastating genetic disease that affects the lungs and digestive system. 40,000 children and adults are living with CF in the United States. And more than ten million Americans are symptomless carriers of the defective CF gene.
My cousin, Tom, was diagnosed with CF as a baby. When he was born the life expectancy was 14 years old, he is now 39! Advances continue to be made in finding a cure, but your help is needed now -- more than ever -- to help keep up the momentum of this life-saving research. Together, we can make a difference in the lives of those with cystic fibrosis.
