You’re invited to a special Pilates Mat+ class at PowHer by Stef on Friday, September 12 at 9:15 AM — and it’s so much more than just a workout, it's to raise funds for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation (CFF).

This energizing session is hosted by Michèle Donovan (instructor), and PowerHer by Stef, in partnership with Elise Joyce, dedicated CF advocate and sister of Courtney, who lives with cystic fibrosis. Together, we’re rallying our community to move for a cause — and we want you there!
 

100% of your class cost will be donated directly to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, fueling critical research, treatments, and support for those living with CF. If you can't make the class, please consider donating at the Donate button found on this page. 
 

Whether you’re a Pilates pro or brand new to the mat, this class is open to all levels. Let’s sweat with purpose, move in solidarity, and make every stretch and core hold count.

Class is heated (80°) — please bring water + a towel
Come early! Please arrive by 9:05 AM to get set up and ready for class
