If you know me, you know I don't do things just for recognition. I believe every opportunity we're given should make a difference in someone else's life.

I am truly humbled and honored to be recognized by the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation as one of this year's outstanding professionals in our community. This recognition means so much to me. However, what means even more is the opportunity to use my voice, my relationships, and my heart to help raise money for a cause that is changing lives.

Today, I'm asking for your help.

As part of this honor, I've committed to raising funds to support the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation's mission to find a cure for cystic fibrosis and ensure every person living with CF has the opportunity to live a long, healthy, and fulfilling life.

Here's the reality.

Nearly 40,000 people in the United States are living with cystic fibrosis, a progressive genetic disease that affects the lungs, pancreas, and other organs. Years ago, many children with CF never had the chance to grow up. Today, because of incredible research and life changing treatments funded by the Foundation, people with CF are living longer than ever before. That is something worth celebrating. However, the work is not finished. Too many families are still waiting for breakthroughs that could change everything.

I've always believed that when we come together, ordinary people can do extraordinary things.

Whether it's $10, $25, $50, or more, every single donation matters. Every dollar helps fund research, improve treatments, support families, and move us one step closer to a cure.

I know there are so many worthy causes, and I never take your generosity for granted. If you're able to give, thank you. If you're unable to donate, I would be just as grateful if you would share this with your family and friends. You never know who might be inspired to help.

This is bigger than an award.

This is about hope.

This is about families.

This is about giving children and adults living with cystic fibrosis the chance to dream bigger, live longer, and experience the life they deserve.
