As a former 2025 Cystic Fibrosis Foundation Finest Honoree, I am honored to continue supporting the mission of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation by serving on the committee for this year’s Finest campaign. In this role, I am helping support and encourage this year’s honorees as they raise critical funds to advance research, care, and progress toward a cure for cystic fibrosis.
 

Being part of the Finest program gave me the opportunity to witness firsthand the incredible impact the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation has on individuals and families affected by CF. I am proud to continue advocating for this important cause and helping bring our community together in support of finding a cure.
 

Nearly 40,000 people in the United States live with cystic fibrosis, a progressive, genetic disease that affects the lungs, pancreas, and other organs. Decades ago, children with CF often did not live long enough to attend elementary school. Today, thanks to groundbreaking research and specialized care supported by the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, the median predicted survival age for people with CF is now over 50 years old.
 

The Foundation has helped advance more than a dozen life-changing therapies, adding decades of life for many people living with CF. However, not everyone benefits from existing treatments, and there is still no cure. The vision remains clear: a cure for every person with cystic fibrosis and a future free from the burden of this disease.
 

I am grateful to continue supporting the mission of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and the incredible individuals working to make a difference. Together, we can help create a future where every person with CF has the opportunity to live a long, healthy, and fulfilling life.
