Finest Honorees are recognized at the annual Richmond Brewer’s Ball where everyone is wearing their best “Colorful Cocktail” attire. More than 800 young professionals, community leaders, local restaurants, and craft beverage producers come together to celebrate the occasion to help provide those living with cystic fibrosis the opportunity to lead full, productive lives.

ONLINE AUCTION - NEW!
The online auction and mobile bidding starts/opens on Thursday, June 6th! You will be able to do an early check-in at this time. The online auction features only silent auction packages. Bidding on the LIVE auction will be available on in person, at the Ball. This "silent" online auction will close on FRIDAY, JUNE 14 AT NOON!

Everyone who is registered to attend the Ball will receive an email or text notification by the morning of June 13th to check-in.

PARKING:
We highly recommend taking a ride share/taxi to the Ball. If you drive, you can park: DMV Drive; DMV Parking Lot; SMV Parking Deck; and lastly, the Dewey Gottwald parking lot.

MOBILE BIDDING:
Please bring you cell phones with you to the Ball fully charged. You will need your cell phone in order to place bids on our SILENT Auction packages.

ADMISSION
Please bring an ID - no one will be admitted to the Ball without a valid ID. Everyone must check-in at the blue Registration Tents. There will be two admission lines: one for General Admission and one for VIP, Sponsors, and Table Hosts.

SCHEDULE FOR THE EVENING:

6:30 PM - Doors and Check-In Open (due to expected large turnout, we recommend arriving when doors open)

6:30 PM - Richmond's Finest Honoree Award Ceremony in the VIP Lounge - PRIVATE, Open only to Honoree's and their invited Guests.

7:00 PM - Welcome to the 11th Annual Richmond's Finest & Brewer's Ball! Food and beverage service begins. VIP Lounge opens. Music all night long!

7:30 PM - STAGE FRONT: Honoree, Sponsor Recognition and CF Ambassador, Olivia Sutkay. Food and beverage service may be closed during this program. 

8:30 PM - STAGE FRONT: Live Auction and Bid for a Cure - Daniel Sanders, Auctioneer. Food and beverage service may be closed during this program. 

9:30 PM - Check out opens.

9:30 PM-11:00 PM - Late night food and drinks start, and of course, dancing to the Bart Chucker Band!

11:00 PM -  Thank you and Good Night!

Please make all payments/contributions to the CF Foundation with a credit card or check. We accept all major credit cards. Thank you for your understanding. 

Events may be subject to change based on health or safety concerns. If an event is moved to virtual, sponsorship benefits may be adjusted to fit that format. If an event is cancelled, your local contact will reach out to discuss options.
