Bridget Wagner
I’m truly honored to be recognized by the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation at a special event celebrating people in our community. As part of this, I’ve taken on a personal goal to raise money to support the Foundation’s work toward curing cystic fibrosis (CF) and helping everyone with CF live long, healthy, full lives.
If you’re able, I’d love your support. Any donation, big or small, helps push this mission forward and brings us closer to a future without CF. Being part of this effort truly means making a real impact.
In addition to donations, purchasing tickets to the annual Brewer's Ball event under my name will also help me to reach my goal. The Ball is an outstanding event that brings together the honorees, supporters, the foundation, and those living with CF to spend a night networking, enjoying unlimited food and beverage, and cotinuing to raise money to find a cure.
Nearly 40,000 people in the U.S. are living with cystic fibrosis, a genetic disease that affects the lungs, pancreas, and other organs. Not that long ago, kids with CF often didn’t live past early childhood. Thanks to research and care funded by the CF Foundation, people with CF are now living well into adulthood, with a median life expectancy of over 50. That progress is incredible, but there’s still more to do. Many people with CF don’t yet benefit from current treatments, and the Foundation is committed to finding a cure for everyone.
If you’d like to learn more about CF or the work of the Foundation, you can visit www.cff.org. Thank you so much for your support. Together, we really can make a difference.
