STANDOUT Triangle, a professional development and leadership program of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, recognizes young professional leaders from the Triangle area who are active in the community, have excelled in their careers, and are eager to grow both professionally and philanthropically. Honorees are nominated by peers or supervisors, and those selected for STANDOUT represent some of the most impactful and influential emerging leaders in our region.

Through STANDOUT, honorees take part in unique professional development experiences, are matched with executive mentors in their field, and connect with fellow leaders across the Triangle. They also engage with the CF Foundation’s mission by learning about cystic fibrosis, meeting local families, and seeing the impact of their support firsthand.

In addition to recognizing leadership and community involvement, STANDOUT Triangle raises awareness and critical funds for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. Honorees activate their networks to support the mission and help drive progress toward a cure.

The program culminates at the STANDOUT Gala on Thursday, November 14, 2025, where friends, family, and colleagues will gather to celebrate this year’s class of honorees.
