I am honored to have been selected as one of Nashville’s Top 30 Under 30 by the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. As part of this recognition, I have committed to raising funds to help advance the Foundation’s mission of finding a cure for cystic fibrosis (CF) and ensuring that everyone living with CF has the opportunity to live a long, healthy, and fulfilling life.

This cause aligns closely with my personal mission and the work I do through Good Karma Wellness. Through Good Karma, I am committed to making wellness more accessible by creating opportunities for people to move their bodies, connect with their communities, and prioritize their well-being. To me, wellness extends beyond fitness—it also means supporting life-changing research and helping ensure that everyone has the opportunity to live their healthiest life possible. That’s why I’m proud to support the fight against cystic fibrosis.

Nearly 40,000 people in the United States live with cystic fibrosis, a progressive genetic disease that affects the lungs, pancreas, and other organs. Thanks to decades of research, advocacy, and care supported by the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, tremendous progress has been made. Sixty years ago, many children with CF did not live long enough to attend elementary school. Today, the median predicted survival age for people with CF exceeds 50 years. However, there is still more work to be done, and many individuals with CF do not yet benefit from existing therapies.

Together, we can help accelerate research, improve lives, and move closer to a cure for every person living with cystic fibrosis.
