Swim For A Cure

You're invited to join my Capital City's Finest fundraising event, Swim For A Cure and help make CF stand for Cure Found.
 

Bring your family and help us celebrate Analise's 10th Birthday with a swim party, food, drinks and games. Analise has asked that you make her birthday wishes come true by making a donation to Mr. Jeremey's Finest campaign in lieu of a gift.  We would like to thank the A. C. Lewis YMCA and their staff for their generosity.
 

The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation has fueled dramatic improvements in cystic fibrosis research and care. Because of the Foundation, people with CF are living longer and healthier lives.  The outlook for people with CF continues to improve year after year.
