STANDOUT, a professional development and leadership program of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, honors the Charlotte area's most active and engaged professionals who demonstrate leadership, are active in the community, have excelled in their chosen profession or vocation, and have a desire to grow both professionally and philanthropically. Those selected to the STANDOUT are among the most prominent and influential members of our community.

The STANDOUT program culminates in a celebration event this fall where honorees along with their colleagues, friends and families will gather to celebrate the Class of 2024. Leading up to the culminating event, honorees are invited to monthly socials to network with fellow community leaders and spend time gaining awareness about cystic fibrosis through meeting those impacted and touring the Care Center at Levine Children's Hospital and Atrium Health. In addition to celebrating Charlotte's young leaders, STANDOUT increases community awareness of cystic fibrosis and honorees activate their networks to raise funds in support of the Foundation’s work.

Nominations for the Class of 2024 are closed, however, nominations are accepted on a rolling basis and can be made for the Class of 2025 by visiting Nominations - STANDOUT Charlotte (cff.org)
