STANDOUT Triangle, a professional development and leadership program of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, recognizes the Triangle area's most active and engaged young professionals-those who are making a difference in the community, excelling in their careers, and demonstrating a desire to grow both professionally and philanthropically. Honorees are nominated by their peers or supervisors, and those selected represent some of the most promising and influential members of our community.
Through the STANDOUT program, honorees participate in unique professional development opportunities, are paired with executive mentors in their field, and connect with fellow community leaders. Participants also gain a deeper understanding of cystic fibrosis through personal stories and opportunities to meet those directly impacted by the disease.
In addition to celebrating the Triangle's rising leaders, STANDOUT helps raise awareness and support for the mission of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. Honorees activate their personal and professional networks to further the Foundation's vital work.
The program culminates in a celebration on Friday, November 14, 2025, where friends, family, and colleagues will gather to honor the STANDOUT Triangle Class of 2025.
